Non existent customer service to deal with an offensive smell with the product. Product is unusable and despite my efforts to contact them through all the channels as per their website, none work. Email address comes back as delivery failure/ address does not exist. No response via message through social media. Was only able to leave a message through their 1-800 number. I received an email saying they were going to contact their manufacturer regarding the odour. Great for them! In the message I left, I requested an exchange, or if return and refund… no response! So, they obviously don’t care about providing a quality product because if they did, they care about providing proper customer service and ensuing customer satisfaction. So, I’m out $150 +tax and an unusable product. Don’t buy it. I know I won’t anymore. Moving on and will let everyone I deal with, including my medi-spa, know about the quality issue and lack of real customer service.

There is no ingredient list or instructions on how to use this product. Like how long to leave on the skin? There is a spelling error on it as well "Alage" not algae. The box does not match the product inside. I'm reluctant to use this peel without more information.
