2 stars because i feel deceived. For hairband, spaulla and a brush, the website indicated "pack of 10" for the price mentioned but all three arrived as a one piece. The rest of the things were good.

Im sorry you feel this way, I did however review your order to ensure it wasnt a mistake in shipping, but while there are 'pack of 10' options of those products only the 'each/individual' option was selected and paid for at time of ordering. Order this product and emailed twice and called and left a voicemail 5 times to refund this product, and no one has called or emailed me back since the beginning of November! First of you have to be careful when product is plugged that you can’t move around too much, and the connecting cords for this wand, seem to short or disconnect. Once this was discovered as soon as I got the item, I reached out to return and get a refund. There is only ever an option to leave a voicemail, in which it goes unreturned. Won’t be buying from this company again!
